I’m Jana Burkholder
I have a proven system to take women from being stuck in frustrating diet cycles to food freedom and body confidence.
I’ve been there. I used to feel super self-conscious about my body. Stressed about the weight I gained during a super stressful season of life. I thought I was doing all the right things, strict diets, intense workouts; but I wasn't getting any healthier.
After years of struggle, I finally figured it out and it wasn't what I had learned from my exercise science degree, my nutrition certification, or my years of being a personal trainer.
When I let go of my weight loss goals, it created a sense of freedom and ease. I discovered how to reduce my stress, listen to my body’s innate wisdom, and shift my mindset around food and my body. It completely changed my life!
I teach women like you how to re-orient their approach to health. We do this together by cultivating a healthy relationship with food, developing appreciation for your amazing body, and learning to tap into the body’s powerful intuition.

I understand, because I experienced this too. But the simple answer is no, this won’t be the same as everything else you’ve tried. This is a completely different approach. Instead of approaching your body with the intent to change it because of disliking how it looks, we are focusing on changing mindsets, healing, and supporting your body. It’s different because the goal is different. And every single client that I’ve coached has had success in healing her relationship with food and her body.

If you are ready to work on your mindset and you are committed to creating change in your life, yes. Coaching works for everyone who is ready to get curious, be open, and try new things. You already have the wisdom inside, it just needs to be explored and brought into your awareness.

Absolutely! A Discovery Session is about learning how this program will work for you specifically. It’s designed to answer all of your questions and help you see if this is the next best step for you or not. You will walk away with clarity and a decision made about what’s next for you.

You definitely can do this program and still have the desire to lose weight, however we put that goal on the back burner for now. In our work together, we won’t make weight loss a goal. That’s what you’ve been doing for a long time that hasn’t been working. Putting pressure on yourself to lose weight often has the opposite effect. So we will focus on healing. Healing your relationship with food, healing your relationship with your body. Often, clients do experience some weight loss as a result of the healing work we do together, but we don’t make it a focus during the program.
